T-Mobile Program
Awarded the T-Mobile program in 2017, I was responsible for ensuring continual creative support of T-Mobile’s company store. Including a retail gear store, a uniform program and custom merchandise for client events resulted in consistent orders reaching nearly 500K orders within five years.
T-Mobile’s company store, BeMagenta.com represents a site designed for both employees and the public. Seasonally updated, the site features apparel and lifestyle products, ranging from the simple to the complex, featuring 100% custom-developed items. To ensure we were responding to relevance and establish differentiation, I developed quarterly creative reviews with the internal sales team and client to present trends within the product world, design and market.
As the lead on multiple photoshoots, introducing the concept of T-Mobile employees as models as well as a “meet the models” feature on the site resulted in brand affinity, respect of the culture, and repeated site visits and purchases.
